• Our Collections team supports customers who may be struggling with debt • Identify options to help customers understand their situation better

Requirements

• Prior experience in Collections or Debt Recovery is required • Able to start on 11th November and attend 7 weeks training, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm • Background supporting customers, working in a contact centre • Ability to communicate with customers to the highest standard • Keen eye for detail and a high standard of work • Understanding and keeping up to date with regulatory obligations • Passion for helping people and customers
