• Lead the data team and product strategy for EU Expansion • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile product environment • Drive product strategy using data and champion data-driven decision making • Build a discipline of exceptional data scientists and analytics engineers • Focus on real-time analytics and self-serve solutions for data
🎯 Requirements
• 3 or more years working in Senior or Lead positions within Data Science or Analytics • Experience managing high performing senior teams of 8-10 people • Experience managing data scientists and analytics engineers • Strong strategic data leader • Comfortable exploring ambiguous business problems • Experience building a strategic understanding of the business • Experience with building relationships and collaborating with senior stakeholders • Familiar with using Data Science tools and coding languages like Python and SQL
