Description

• We're looking for a Senior Data Science Manager within our Operations team to help build world class service for the bank of the future. • You will take ownership of all data-related aspects of our end-to-end view of supply and demand within Operations. • This role involves shaping and supporting how we think about forecasting, real-time routing strategy, and our workforce management. • You'll oversee foundational data platforms and drive opportunities to enhance current capabilities. • You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to build out forecasting and routing systems.

Requirements

• You have multiple years of experience in Operations data, with 3 or more years working in Senior or Lead positions within Data Science or Analytics - (bonus if you have a background in operations research or experience in queuing theory) • You consider yourself an empathetic leader and have experience managing data scientists and you really enjoy that part of the job • You’re as comfortable getting hands-on as well as taking a step back and thinking strategically and proactively identifying opportunities • You have both technical and non-technical experience working together and collaborating with senior business partners and product teams • You are able to communicate complex information in a clear and relatable way. • You're familiar with using a variety of Data Science tools (from business intelligence, advanced forecasting, experimentation and causal inference through to machine learning), and coding languages (Python and SQL). You know when to pick the right tool, and can help others do the same • You have experience working on a product analytics role and have conducted large scale A/B experiments • You’ve worked closely with machine learning teams and have a good understanding of how machine learning can be applied to Operations
