• We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist excited to help build the bank of the future • You'll have the opportunity to super charge our user experience in 2024 and help us to build a bank that customers truly love • We have a strong culture of data-driven decision making across the whole company • Applying your expertise in analytics, data science, and data storytelling to build a comprehensive understanding of our customers, identifying their needs and behaviours to improve product offerings and customer experience • Utilise existing data to support and inform customer research, enhancing insights and guiding strategic decisions • Guide and enable Payments teams to measure things that matter; ensure our business metrics are appropriate and that our event tracking is robust enough to power insights into customer behaviours • Initiate or help run A/B experiments to keep improving everything we do • Liaise with engineers to keep making sure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights.
