• Support the business in developing and enhancing controls • Use data to demonstrate good customer outcomes • Manage and report on the risk and control environment • Ensure governance-related requirements are met • Innovate and improve governance and risk management processes • Foster positive relationships across the three lines of defence
Requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of The Consumer Duty and its practical application • Hands-on experience implementing and embedding The Consumer Duty • Experience with organising and managing risk governance meetings • Experience with RCSAs, control testing, and issue and action management • Strong risk and control experience with consumer financial products
