📋 Description

• Unique Art Manager role combining premium art production and art direction. • Overseeing day-to-day client projects while mentoring elite Art Directors and artists. • Responsible for overseeing creative production and delivery across the studio. • Coaching, mentoring, and team development as key focuses. • Collaborating with the Senior Producer to onboard new clients and projects. • Providing artistic, technical, and commercial insight for estimates and schedules. • Identifying project risks and recommending mitigation strategies. • Fostering client relationships and maintaining high oversight throughout projects. • Supporting Talent Acquisition Manager to refine studio talent strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in the entertainment industry with a passion for games. • 5+ years experience in creative leadership role ie Art Director, Lead Artist, Art Manager • Ability to organise and supervise creative teams to accomplish their goals. • Scheduling, budgeting, and outsourcing experience. • Strong knowledge of art content pipelines and asset management. • Exceptional verbal, visual and written communication skills, with an ability to adapt your style to different situations and stakeholders. • Immaculate attention to detail. • Experience in managing small to medium size art teams. • Vast experience in giving artistic feedback and doing paint overs. • Experience of a wide range of art packages and where best they should be used. • A commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities, make strategic decisions and understand client needs. • You’ll enjoy presenting the company to clients, in person, on video calls and in decks and emails. • A proven ability and experience of managing client relationships • Pragmatic and autonomous approach to identifying and solving problems. • Ability to provide constructive feedback on art processes, recognize areas for improvement and adapt workflows within a fluid environment. • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions, influence others and drive results.
