Description

• We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join the Moonsong Labs team and help support our business and financial operations. • Moonsong Labs is a growing web3 protocol and AI engineering services and venture studio business. • We have expertise in developing software to support blockchain and AI implementations. • Our venture studio incubates new businesses building decentralized developer infrastructure and AI protocols. • The ideal candidate has experience with financial analysis, planning, and operations, but is also willing to play a supporting role across legal, hr, and other operational areas. • Knowledge of the blockchain and AI space is valuable as is experience working in a high tech or software environment. • Experience in operations at a fast-paced, high-growth company undertaking roles that require flexibility and high attention to detail is highly desirable. • A successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping and developing the business operations function of a leading company in web3 and AI space, with a reputation for shipping and incubating highly secure and functional protocol software projects. • We foster a culture of autonomy and taking action so we expect you to bring your ideas, experience, and knowledge to help us manage and grow our business.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA, CPA or CFA a plus. • Experience working for a startup or in the biz ops, finance, tech, software, or services domains highly desirable. Management consulting or investment banking experience also a plus. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a roll-up-your-sleeves, “bias for action” attitude. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities from a business and financial perspective. • Well-versed in Google Sheets and Excel with demonstrable experience creating / maintaining financial models and reports. • Good writing skills with an ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way. • Interest in the AI and web3/blockchain space. • Strong attention to detail while working well under pressure.
