Requirements
• Must have excellent communication skills due to extensive interaction with end users, business management and other support and service areas. • Ability to handle customers effectively, ability handle multiple priorities, flexible and able to adapt to change. • BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of combined BSA experience with increasing levels of responsibility is preferred. • Expert functional knowledge of Oracle R12 and its Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Financial modules. • Has participated in an Oracle EBS upgrade cycle. • Has led small-scale or larger projects. • Experience working with JIRA in a Sprint process. • Experience using Confluence in managing Business Requirements and developing Technical Requirements. • Knowledge of other key systems: Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Concur, Inspyrus is a plus. • Availability to work overlapping with United States Pacific Time. • Advanced Level in English.
