Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in technology, development, computer science, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Senior Developer, focusing on Salesforce or cloud-based platforms. • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce-based solutions, including custom objects, workflows, Apex development, and integrations. • Experience gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and working directly with clients in a consultative capacity. • Experience with API and ETL integrations. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, performance optimization, and scalability. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving abilities, quickly assessing and resolving technical challenges. • Experience working with Salesforce ISV or OEM partners is highly preferred. • Advanced level in English.
