• Join the LATAM's most talented team! • We are a global IT service company based in Uruguay serving humans like humans. • Right now we are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to support our client’s HR Service Delivery implementation and optimization.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD. • Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (APIs, MID Server, third-party HR systems). • Understanding of security and compliance in HR service delivery. • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize HRSD workflows. • Experience working with Nuvolo FSM or similar field service management tools. • Understanding of how Nuvolo FSM can enhance HRSD and ITSM processes.
