• Join the LATAM's most talented team! • We are a global IT service company based in Uruguay serving humans like humans. • Our mission is to revolutionize people’s lives through work. • Right now we are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to join our team! • We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to assist in transitioning IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, configuration, and process optimization. • Experience with Nuvolo will be valuable as the client may implement Nuvolo FSM in the future. • Assess current ITSM configurations and identify customizations. • Configure and optimize ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align ITSM processes with ServiceNow best practices. • Assist with data migration, UAT, and training for a smooth transition. • Provide technical guidance on minimizing customizations. • Support ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and enhancements post-migration. • Develop documentation and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer. • Work with Nuvolo FSM to support asset and facilities management workflows. • Assist in the implementation of Nuvolo FSM, ensuring alignment with ITSM best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and scripting. • Familiarity with ITIL best practices. • Experience in migrating customized instances to Out-of-the-Box (OOB) setups. • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with Nuvolo FSM or similar field service/asset management solutions.
