📋 Description
• Manage various aspects of operations. • Ordering supplies, overseeing production process, handling labels, and managing e-commerce orders. • Ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. • Source and order raw materials and supplies. • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality. • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages. • Process and fulfill e-commerce orders. • Monitor and manage orders from e-commerce. • Manage listings and inventory on online marketplaces. • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale partners. • Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong and fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms. • Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the beauty industry. • Knowledge of sustainable and ethical sourcing practices. • Experience with wholesale channel management.
