Description

• Play a crucial role in optimizing use of Monday.com and integrating with business systems. • Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. • Utilize Monday.com to manage and optimize business processes, identifying key areas where automation can enhance efficiency. • Design and propose automation solutions, including software tools, to optimize workflow efficiency. • Coordinate the implementation of automation tools, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and minimal disruption. • Conduct thorough testing of automated systems to ensure reliability and accuracy. • Provide training and ongoing support to staff on new automated systems and procedures. • Continuously monitor automated processes, making adjustments and updates as needed to maintain optimal performance. • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure that automation strategies align with overall business goals. • Maintain detailed documentation of automated systems and generate regular reports on their performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing advanced systems & automations in Monday.com • Experience in process analysis and automation. • Strong knowledge of automation software and tools like Zapier • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
