• Position: Data Entry Specialist • Work Location: Remote • Shift Timing: Pacific Standard Time (PST) • Total Working Hours: 10 hours (Part-Time) • We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Paid Media & Forecasting team. • Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of data and assets for our advertising campaigns and forecasts. • Onboarding New Ad Accounts: Check for newly added ad accounts and grant access to team members within Facebook's Business Manager. • Integration with Automation Service: Configure our automation service (Kitchen) by adding partner account IDs. • Data Entry and Organization: Duplicate and rename template folders, organize assets, and maintain an accurate data structure within Dropbox. • Google Sheets Management: Create and manage Google Sheets from templates. • Running Automations: Execute various automations in our systems. • Quality Control: Verify that all assets, file names, and content match the correct destinations. • Communication: Collaborate with the team via Slack to coordinate tasks.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel. • Familiarity with Dropbox and Gmail is preferred. • Attention to detail is critical, as accuracy is paramount in this role. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team. • Ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes quickly. • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and advertising platforms is a plus • Prior experience with Kitchn.io or similar automation tools is a bonus
