Description

• The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience, and driving revenue growth. • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices, digital marketing, and data analytics. • Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance the customer journey. • Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). • Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images. • Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions that drive traffic and conversions. • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all devices. • Implement and oversee customer service protocols to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the online shopping experience. • Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment. • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory updates on the eCommerce platform. • Develop and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and increase conversion rates. • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance. • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on eCommerce performance and growth opportunities. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. • Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools. • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
