ā¢ As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive sales through online channels. ā¢ Leveraging your expertise in marketing within the Philippines' DTC industry, you will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve our business objectives.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. ā¢ Proven experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and brand visibility in the DTC landscape of the Philippines. ā¢ Deep understanding of marketing channels, tools, and best practices, with expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics. ā¢ Constantly up to date with the latest Social media trends and content to effectively implement a strong marketing and content strategy to maximize our reach and engagement to our target audience ā¢ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions. ā¢ Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to working cross-functionally. ā¢ Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies and initiatives. ā¢ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. ā¢ Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
