Description

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand presence. • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, social media, email, and events. • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. • Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels. • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions. • Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. • Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives. • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role • Proficient in digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team • Experience in brand management and developing brand strategies
