• As the Meta & TikTok Ad Creative, you will create compelling ads for direct response marketing. • Develop ad concepts, write persuasive copy, and design eye-catching visuals for Meta and TikTok. • Collaborate with the marketing team for aligned ad strategies and effective audience targeting. • Monitor ad performance metrics to optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating direct response ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. • Proficiency in ad creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar. • Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive, action-oriented messaging. • Experience with video editing and creating short-form video content for social media. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize creatives based on performance. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
