• We are searching for a highly skilled and data-driven Retention Marketing Specialist to join our passionate team. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing customers through their lifecycle with the brand, ultimately driving loyalty and expanding LTV. Your main goal will be to drive engagement and conversion by optimizing retention channels.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in email and SMS or retention marketing, preferably in DTC • Proficiency in Klaviyo and Attentive • Proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Polar) and strong understanding of attribution tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing email and SMS strategies to achieve specific KPIs (e.g., CTR, CVR, LTV, etc) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment • Nice-to-Haves: copywriting skills, a good eye for design and ads, SEO experience
