β€’ Job Title: Sales Admin β€’ Location: Remote β€’ Work Shift: Flexible, broken-hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week β€’ Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time) β€’ We are looking for a Sales Admin to provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the efficient operation of our sales processes. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Sales Operations & Support β€’ Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and client interactions. β€’ Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. β€’ Track and update sales performance data to ensure timely reporting and insights. β€’ Monitor and update internal sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs. β€’ Administrative & Coordination Support β€’ Act as a liaison between the sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure smooth internal communication. β€’ Handle internal scheduling, client follow-ups, and sales-related meetings. β€’ Support internal sales training, team coordination, and process documentation. β€’ Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance tracking sheets, and presentations. β€’ Provide general administrative support to the sales team. β€’ Process Improvement & Internal Optimization β€’ Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency. β€’ Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal sales functions. β€’ Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, pricing guidelines, and company procedures.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in a sales administrative, operations, or support role. β€’ Strong knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. β€’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Experience with contract processing, invoicing, and sales documentation is a plus.
