The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the efficient operation of our sales processes. β’ Key Responsibilities: β’ Sales Operations & Support β’ Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and client interactions. β’ Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. β’ Track and update sales performance data to ensure timely reporting and insights. β’ Monitor and update internal sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs. β’ Administrative & Coordination Support β’ Act as a liaison between the sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure smooth internal communication. β’ Handle internal scheduling, client follow-ups, and sales-related meetings. β’ Support internal sales training, team coordination, and process documentation. β’ Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance tracking sheets, and presentations. β’ Provide general administrative support to the sales team. β’ Process Improvement & Internal Optimization β’ Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency. β’ Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal sales functions. β’ Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, pricing guidelines, and company procedures.
β’ Proven experience in a sales administrative, operations, or support role. β’ Strong knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. β’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β’ Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. β’ Experience with contract processing, invoicing, and sales documentation is a plus.
