• About the Role • We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. • The Sales Trainee will support the sales team in various tasks and projects, learning the ropes of the sales process and gaining valuable experience in the industry. • While experience is preferred, we are open to fresh graduates who demonstrate potential and enthusiasm for sales. • Responsibilities: • Support the sales team in daily activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-ups. • Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Help in preparing sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify areas for improvement. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends. • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information. • Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities. • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Experience in sales/customer service is a plus, not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with CRM software (advantage) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
