📋 Description

• We are looking for a strategic and results-driven General Supply Chain Manager to oversee all aspects of our supply chain operations. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. • This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the company's supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and track the effectiveness of supply chain processes and initiatives. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives. • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable sources of supply and favorable terms and conditions. • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation within the supply chain and implement appropriate solutions. • Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the supply chain and adapt strategies accordingly. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to supply chain management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred. • Proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. • Familiarity with sustainability practices and social responsibility initiatives in the supply chain.
