• Our Company • Moro Tech is a proud member of Moro Global with presence in Greece, Cyprus, Belgium and Japan, while we continue to transform and grow. • We support organisations at every step of their business-journey, from planning to execution, by adopting a hands-on approach and providing a powerful mix of business strategy, technical domain expertise and data centric solutions. • If you are the type of person who is committed to achieving outstanding results, shows up as their whole self and values diversity and inclusion, then be sure to check the job description below ‘cause we are looking forward to meeting you! • The impact of the role: • The Sales Operations Specialist will be a critical team member of our Client Engagement Team responsible for driving sales process efficiency and implementation of best practices, ensuring seamless collaboration within our teams. • On a given day, a Sales Operation Specialist will: • Collaborate closely with the client partner team to continuously enhance and refine our sales process for maximum efficiency. • Develop and maintain effective pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability. • Manage the administrative processes related to purchase orders and work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Assist the client partner team with RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and proposal development. • Maintain accurate sales data and generate reports to track sales performance and identify trends. • Manage our client database and facilitate effective sales pipeline management. • Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration between sales operations and financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role • Proven experience with sales process optimization and improvement • Strong understanding of pricing models and quoting strategies • Experience with CRM systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Fluency in English is a must, as we are a multinational company. • Active contribution as a team player to collaborative efforts.
