📋 Description
• Create marketing and sales collateral—decks, one-pagers, case studies, product overviews, and more • Design assets for the Motive website, campaigns, social media, and more • Evolve and maintain Motive’s brand • Work directly with the sales team, CEO, and other teams to turn ideas into deliverables quickly • Write short-form copy for go-to-market uses • Collaborate on messaging, value prop articulation, and storytelling • Help refine how we talk about Motive, visually and verbally
🎯 Requirements
• Evidence of exceptional ability • 1-5 years of experience in graphic design, content, or creative marketing • A strong portfolio of clean, modern, beautiful design work • Strong attention to detail and a bias toward action • Excellent command of layout, typography, colors, and storytelling • Comfortable with and excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
