📋 Description

• Seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR). • Responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and helping Motive expand its presence in the automotive industry. • Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting efforts. • Research and identify potential customers. • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to schedule product demos and meetings. • Collaborate closely with account executives to refine outreach strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. • Track and manage leads using our CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A go-getter attitude with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms. • Prior experience in the automotive industry (nice to have but not required). • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
