📋 Description
• Become an expert on all of our products and related industry products. • Take ownership of escalated support issues and ensure resolution to customer satisfaction. • Minimize development and test times by gathering accurate descriptions of issues. • Reproduce customer issues and troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues. • Engage with development and test teams to demonstrate how to reproduce problems. • Provide accurate status updates on support cases to customers. • Contribute to an ongoing program of process improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of engineering or technical experience • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
