Description

• Configure, manage, and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, etc.). • Develop and implement automated marketing workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and customer segmentation. • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including template creation, content personalization, and A/B testing. • Manage campaign timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and coordination with other marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for automated campaigns. • Develop and manage lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement and readiness to purchase. • Implement and optimize lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel. • Monitor and analyze the performance of automated marketing campaigns using analytics tools. • Maintain and update the marketing database to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Continuously optimize automated workflows and campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or a similar role. • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, etc.). • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integrating marketing automation tools with CRM. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Certification in marketing automation platforms is a plus. • Agency experience is a plus
