• Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to meet business objectives • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more • Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in paid marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role • Proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus • Agency experience is a plus
