Description

• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to actively search for potential candidates who align with our open roles • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the needs of our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to identify the best-fit candidates (candidate screening) • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the process • Develop and nurture talent communities and talent pools within specific industries or skill sets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment • In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, particularly utilizing LinkedIn and other professional networks • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills • Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote setting

Benefits

• Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Monday to Friday • 40 hours of work per week
