📋 Description
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems to support business needs. • Develop robust, secure, and efficient backend solutions using Python3, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, and Pydantic. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver quality solutions. • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as performance optimizations, code refactoring, and process enhancements. • Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of features and updates. • Deploy and maintain backend services using AWS.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in backend development with a strong focus on Python3, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, and Pydantic. • Proficient in AWS services, including RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc. • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. • Experience with containerization tools like Docker. • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. • Experience working in Agile teams and fast-paced environments. • Familiarity with other backend frameworks and technologies is a plus. • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
