Description
• Lead the technical team developing Crypto products • Lead the technical architecture decisions and software development processes for Crypto functionality • Take end-to-end technical ownership of Crypto projects, including prototyping, tech design, architecture, and integration with both internal and external services. • Take responsibility for quality and performance and stability of the Crypto functionality, maintain robust production monitoring. • Collaborate with technical leads across the IT department, collaborate with front-end development teams to create seamless user experiences for Crypto products • Collaborate with Product team and business stakeholders, create and maintain the Product roadmap, adjusting to changing product requirements
Requirements
• Excellent coding skills in .Net or Java/Kotlin • Strong experience in systems design, including databases, caching, authentication, application security, and building for horizontal scalability. • Proficiency with Kubernetes and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms. • Deep understanding of DevOps, including CI/CD, deployment, and test automation. • Familiarity with front-end technologies and how to design backends that support fast, modular front-end applications. • Experience in Fintech or digital startups is a big plus. • Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
