Description

• Build a strategic technical vision for the Crypto functions • Lead the technology and development of the Crypto and Fiat<-> Crypto flows • Map the business requirements to technology stack, design architecture, and integrations to other parts of the platform • Collaborate with Product to define what to build and what to outsource to specialized vendors • Code the solution, lead a small team of engineers, manage through-out the SDLC process • Own quality of tech design, quality of the code, non-functional requirements, and production stability aspects • Partner with neighboring IT teams to define integrations and joint tech design for the flows spanning across the platform • Closely work with Product and Business to define the roadmap for Crypto projects

Requirements

• Strong coding hard-skills in either .Net or Java/Kotlin • Strong skills in architecture design and defining tech stack for real-time processing systems, preferably in FinTech • Diverse experience and background in backend technologies, databases, high-performance and resilience patterns • Multi-years experience in leading development teams • Experience of developing client-facing applications with a strong focus on product metrics and client satisfaction • Professional level of English
