📋 Description
• Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.\n• Create, update, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory, email systems, and other platforms as needed.\n• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices for employees.\n• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.\n• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance IT operations and user satisfaction.\n• Assist with IT equipment and software procurement, including gathering requirements, sourcing vendors, and tracking orders.\n• Work closely with the cybersecurity department to support incident response and ensure endpoint compliance.\n• Track and manage IT assets, ensuring inventory accuracy and readiness for deployment.\n• Identify and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

• Proven ability to provide first-line technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\n• Experience with creating and managing user accounts in Active Directory and other platforms.\n• Ability to track and manage IT equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records.\n• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving recurring issues, with a willingness to collaborate with senior team members and other departments.\n• Strong attention to detail for maintaining system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.\n• Familiarity with installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.\n• Good knowledge of administering and maintaining systems in Windows and MacOS environments.\n• English level - Intermediate and higher.
