Description

• At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in an agency environment. • We need an expert in lead generation using Meta Ads who can design testing & optimization plans to roll out and manage tests across 50+ accounts. • Design and implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve campaign performance. • Develop, implement, and enforce standardized naming conventions for campaigns, ad sets, and creatives to ensure consistency and ease of reporting. • Partner closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign objectives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting. • At least 3 years of experience with using Meta Ads for lead generation, and being responsible for improving performance. • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders. • Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail. • Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Project management or sales experience is a plus. • Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset. • Bonus: Experience in the aesthetics industry, including medspas, plastic surgery, or beauty sectors.
