• As the Head of Community Engagement, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our community initiatives across multiple channels. • You will shape the future of our developer engagement efforts, drive community-building initiatives, and manage our digital presence. • Your focus will be to build and nurture a passionate and loyal community. • This is a senior leadership role to shape the overall communications and community engagement strategy. • You will drive the growth of our community and advocate for their needs and feedback within the company. • Ensure that our community is a vital part of our overall brand presence.
• 8+ years of experience in open source community engagement, social media, public relations, or customer success, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Experience in open source, AI or other relevant technology startups. • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams. Able to inspire and motivate others to achieve ambitious goals. • Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic plans for community engagement and growth. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage a wide range of audiences, from technical developers to executive leaders. • Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies, developer workflows, and technical ecosystems. Hands-on experience working with developers or contributing to technical projects. • Ability to analyze community engagement data and provide actionable insights. Experience with community platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software is a plus. • A passion for technology, innovation, and AI. An ability to stay ahead of industry trends and understand the evolving needs of our community.
