•Be part of a collaborative team focused on making the browser smarter and enhancing user productivity. •As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll work with talented cross functional teams to drive initiatives like search enhancements, sidebar improvements, AI/ML integrations, and review checker functionality. •Together, you’ll create innovative solutions that elevate core browsing experiences, including genAI capabilities that make workflows more efficient while prioritizing user privacy and agency. •You may also contribute to responsibly developing new revenue streams through features like New Tab and Suggest, ensuring Firefox delivers value while supporting Mozilla’s mission.

Requirements

•8+ years working in a Technical Program Management role. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Track record of leading programs and projects to completion without a well defined software development process. •Demonstrable experience exercising technical expertise to help teams simplify problems into executable and measurable outcomes. •Experience formulating detailed plans for technical programs and projects. •Experience working with a geographically distributed team. •Proficiency working with people ranging from VPs to junior engineers. •Experience with a variety of software development methodologies and tooling. •Experience working with highly complex consumer applications such as browsers, social and/or content moderation platforms. •Tooling systems such as Jira. •Familiarity using an OKR framework to track progress. •Commitment to our values: •Welcoming differences •Being relationship-minded •Practicing responsible participation •Having grit
