Description

• Directly work with clients, owning technical projects and account relationships. • Ensure clients successfully adopt and leverage the mParticle platform. • Collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and client services functions. • Evangelize and support customers on data-driven use cases. • Travel approximately 25%.

Requirements

• 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience. • 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a Technical Account Manager or in similar roles. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs. • Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Mobile marketing and technology experience, particularly with mobile SDKs and data integrations. • General knowledge of various digital marketing tools. • General knowledge of data-driven marketing practices. • Nice to have experience in machine learning, cloud architecture, serverless functions, streaming data, SQL/Analytics. • Spanish speaking is a plus.
