• Lead a team in the development of word games and puzzle websites, from concept to launch. • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm game ideas, features, and improvements. • Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members as our team grows. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork among team members.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, bonus if in the web gaming or software development industry. • Strong passion for word games and puzzles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others. • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion. • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a virtual environment. • Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
