🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of professional exposure to Product Ownership, business process analysis, and optimization, predominantly with LEAN methodologies. • Accreditation in LEAN, Six Sigma, BABOK, Agile, CPO, CSPO, or a related discipline is highly desirable. • Exceptional analytical prowess and problem-diagnosis capability. • Familiarity with process charting tools, including Visio. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
