• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation among retail traders. • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, PPC, SEO, and influencer partnerships. • Create engaging content (blogs, videos, webinars) that highlights the benefits of our trading programs and attracts prospective traders. • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including websites, landing pages, and promotional assets. • Work closely with the trader recruitment team to optimize lead generation efforts and conversion rates. • Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI. • Engage with the retail trading community on forums, social media, and other platforms to increase visibility and interaction. • Organize online events, trading competitions, and webinars to attract and retain traders. • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely and effective campaign delivery. • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within the financial services or trading industry. • Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing. • In-depth understanding of retail trading and the needs of retail traders. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot. • Passion for the trading industry and staying up-to-date with market trends. • Experience organizing events, webinars, or community engagement activities is a plus.
