Description
• Spearhead the execution of MSIG USA’s distribution strategy within the Northeast Region • Collaborate with Product Leaders and Underwriters to effectively communicate underwriting appetite • Cultivate strong relationships with retail and wholesale distribution partners • Lead regular governance meetings with focus distribution partners • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance • Represent MSIG USA in the local market
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance • Proven leadership skills with track record of success • Demonstrated experience in broker relationship management • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, internally and externally • Skilled at influencing brokers, clients, peers, senior executives • Proficient in managing key insurance relationships effectively
