• 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance • Proven leadership skills with track record of success • Demonstrated experience in broker relationship management • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, internally and externally • Skilled at influencing brokers, clients, peers, senior executives • Proficient in managing key insurance relationships effectively
