📋 Description
• Function autonomously while executing the compliance strategy. • Provide guidance on complex compliance risk management activities. • Serve as a Fair Lending subject matter expert. • Consult with managers of business units on compliance matters. • Develop and/or deliver training to support employees in fulfilling compliance responsibilities. • Identify, measure, and escalate Fair Banking compliance risk issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in related field. • 6 years experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk or other relevant function, OR in lieu of degree, a combined minimum of 10 years higher education and/or work experience, including 6 years in compliance, legal, audit, risk or other relevant function knowledge. • Proficient computer skills (including spreadsheet and word processing software). • Analytical skills. • Working knowledge of applicable laws. • Written and verbal communications with all levels.
