📋 Description

•Muck Rack is the leading SaaS platform for public relations and communications professionals. •We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our European entity. •A successful candidate will have experience in multinational consolidation and oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. •The Finance Manager will report to the Head of Finance based in the US, with a dotted line to the Managing Director in Ireland. •Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and Irish GAAP, ensuring compliance with both parent company and local regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

•A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial role with at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant or leadership role •Global finance experience at a company acquired by a US-based organization •Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Irish GAAP, with experience applying both in a multinational environment •Proven ability to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions •Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines across time zones •Experience working with external advisors and auditors •Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP platforms, Excel)
