•Mudflap serves the $800B trucking industry •Our market-leading payment products help truckers save thousands on fuel •We’re a fast-growing marketplace business looking for a new customer-obsessed teammate •The Merchant & Pricing Operations team sets overall contract and pricing strategy •As a Pricing Operations Manager, you will focus on executing pricing strategies

Requirements

•2-4 years of prior experience in consulting, finance, banking, technology, or operations •Analytical skills: you can develop actionable insights from complex data. You have experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization tools. You are highly proficient in Excel/Sheets and SQL. Experience with Tableau, Python or similar is a plus •Process Champion: you have experience implementing end-to-end workflows and processes from scratch for new, future products and existing operations •Operations-minded: you find a way to get the function done and prioritize streamlining and improving processes •Collaboration: you are a strong cross-functional leader, effective at managing multiple internal and external teams towards business goals •Communication skills: you can communicate complicated insights and arguments both verbally and in writing
