Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred •5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis •Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting •Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial planning software, and business intelligence tools •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders •Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices •Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
