• Manage and engage with the Telegram community in both Russian and English daily, addressing queries, moderating discussions, and encouraging positive interactions. • Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain active community participation. • Proactively monitor and moderate discussions to resolve conflicts, address inappropriate behavior, and maintain a respectful, supportive environment within the community. • Create and share engaging content, updates, and announcements to keep the community informed and involved with new features, events, and product updates. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to gather and analyze user feedback from the community. • Organize and host community events, Q&A sessions, and other engagement activities to increase interaction and interest. • Track, analyze, and report on community performance metrics, continuously seeking ways to improve engagement and user experience.
• Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written), with the ability to manage communities in both languages. • Strong interest in community management, marketing, or similar field. • Experience in creating content, including writing, videos, or other media, tailored for community engagement. • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies for user acquisition and engagement. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, with strong organizational and time management skills.
