Description

• Develop, launch, and manage campaigns across multiple paid channels, including Google Ads, Telegram Ads, and other high-impact platforms. • Craft a tailored strategy for each channel, aligning with the company’s growth objectives and user demographics. • Allocate and manage the paid acquisition budget effectively across platforms to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA). • Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, CPA) to improve campaign performance and achieve user acquisition targets. • Use A/B testing to refine ad copy, visuals, audience targeting, and bidding strategies, ensuring maximum effectiveness for each campaign.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English (B2) and Russian • At least 1 year of proven experience in PPC field • Deep understanding of campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to drive conversions effectively • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other ad performance tools
