📋 Description
• We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to oversee our full-stack teams and act as the technical right hand to the Head of Frontend. • This role involves technical leadership, strategic decision-making, and mentorship. • You will work closely with engineers across multiple projects, ensuring the seamless development and deployment of new features into live environments. • The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of team dynamics, project execution, and technical architecture, particularly in backend infrastructure, microservices, and event-driven systems.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Expertise in web development, including modern client-server communication and API integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, Event-Driven Development). • Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD). • Passion for mentoring and fostering a strong engineering culture. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance technical decisions with business needs. • Proven experience in managing development projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery with high-quality outcomes.
