• 5+ years in a CSM role at a tech firm or consulting experience • Strong process orientation and program management experience. • Strong content development skills (playbooks, presentations, etc.) • Strong client management skills (ability to sell, manage disgruntled clients). • Ability to zoom in and out for strategic choices. • Determination to succeed with evidence of tangible impact. • Comfortable navigating within uncertainty. • Ability to work cross-functionally in ambiguous environments. • Nice to have: Experience in the ‘Future of Work’ or Education / Edtech space.
