📋 Description

• Mursion provides an award-winning upskilling platform trusted by top companies. • Looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to enhance software delivery processes. • Responsible for automating operations, optimizing deployment workflows, ensuring large-scale operations readiness. • Develop, scale, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure using Kubernetes. • Collaborate with development teams to optimize code deployment processes in Node.js, Java, React, and Next.js environments. • Ensure security best practices and compliance are followed in all DevOps processes. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Platform engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or related roles. • Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab. • Strong proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, etc.). • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar. • Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies. • Experience with WebRTC or similar technologies is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
